I ordered an Equetech waistcoat that is last seasons and they were the only ones offering the size I want. Cavaletti Clothing.
Item ordered and paid for Friday 12th October - card debited the next day.
I didn't register with the site just paid as a guest - you still put in name address telephone number etc.
Since the acknowledgement email I have had nothing. I emailed them Wednesday to ask for an ETA- no reply.
Phoned yesterday - no answer, left a voicemail, no reply.
Ditto today.
Should I kiss goodbye to my £50+ ?
I don't have a great feeling about a company that take your money immediately and don't reply to 3 attempts to contact them :(
Ay experiences/advice? I really need the waistcoat for next Wednesday :(

If you check their website it takes 2 weeks for delivery with their standard £4.95 delivery...

I am having problems contacting them too, I ordered some Ariat Grasmere's from them and the arrived BUT they managed to send me two different width fittings, both a size 4 but one wide and one standard. Tried phoning every day since Tuesday, left a message and nothing. I was trying to find out yesterday whether they have a shop because I'm only an hour away from them as after all this bad communication I'm unwilling to send off expensive boots and pay for postage when I cant be sure I'll get them back :S.

I'm quite surprised at this, because I've bought from them a few times and never had a problem with them. Good service, quick delivery and and nice people.
It will be a shame if they are in trouble.

Well they are not being helpful to me! Have they gone bust? Left 4 voicemails and 2 emails - just being ignored! Trading standards in another 4 days - why should they have my £55? And still ignore me?

Their website does say standard delivery may take up to 14 days so you're a bit premature to be posting negatively about the company on here.
Calm down and wait.

I've always found them very good on prices, service and returns.

Perhaps wait a bit longer? I'd hope to get items within a few days but wouldn't start worrying too much till whatever timeframe specified on the order is up...

I've dealt with Cavaletti quite a lot, and they sponsored my uni riding club. I've always had great service from them - when I ordered a competition jacket that didn't fit, and needed it asap, they even let me nip to their 'office' to try on a few jackets to get one that fitted and let me do a straight exchange.

Don't give up yet...

I realise they state up to 14 days for delivery - but wouldn't you be worried if you were completely unable to contact a company when they debited your card immediately?
I buy a lot of things off the Internet and almost 100% of the companies not only send an acknowledgment email but give an ETA or will let you know if there is to be a delay.
Would you be happy paying £55 in a shop and not taking the item away, nor being told when you will get it?
A few people on another forum I am a member of, have had terrible trouble with Cavaletti I am told. :(
