Can anyone tell me where to find a puppy that is health tested and not a mortgage to buy

I don't know if you do facebook but if you do, is there a breed group you could join? I find if you can sniff out the proper die hard breeders you are more likely to get the home more important than price outlook.

This is what I did when I was strongly considering getting a corgi a few years back. But then neat freak OH found out about their moulting and that was the end of that! Soon as next gets deployed overseas I'll get one
