I have an Exmoor who has had laminitis, he is 100% sound now been in on box rest past 2 1/2 months. Have been loose schooling him on a surface past few weeks as advice from vets to get his weight down. The problem is everytime a farrier goes near him he goes sore/lame again whether its a trim or set of shoes (he has always been sensitive with his feet!). He had the winter off to keep my other pony company due to him injuring himself and I got badly kicked and broke my arm with on going problems, so now I can fianlly crack on with him, he watches everyone else go out hacking and stands watching them!! I am hoping once I can get back on him to crack on with him, has anyone had sucess with the Cavallo Boots from Robinsons?

Will let you know, I just got my Cavallo sport boots. I had to exchange them because I had ordered the wrong size and the new ones arrived in the post this morning.
I found that Horse&More has the best price on Cavallo boots, cheaper than Robinsons and they gave me good service (I tried the boots with a plastic bag on the hoof and on the ground so could return them if they did not fit).
