Hi Guys,

Im planning a trip over next month for the performance sales, just wondered how it compares to Goresbridge (I have been and bought from there) and if anyone knows the following.

Where to stay!!!! Only want b&b buts its proving hard to choose one, pref not more than 40 euros per night (Any Irish peeps feel free to advise).
And also whether or not there are horse transporters on site, there was at Goresbridge just wondered if its the same at Cavan. Any info very welcome, pm me if you want, this is a bday treat for OH to buy him a pony so I want to get it right!!!

There are always transporters on site. If you ring Cavan, they will give you a list of B&B's in the area. I don't live that far from Cavan and go up to the sales quite often.

One bit of advise, if a lot that you like goes out unsold, try and see if you can buy it outside the ring. Though you will still have to go the through the office re paperwork (if you want to keep your name 'good' in the area)
