Cavan sales - past sale prices?

Hi there. I am looking at going to Ireland this coming week for the auction. I am looking to buy two horses 14.2hh to 15.2hh Connemara/irish quality types, to sell on over here. Just wondered if any one has been and what to expect price wise, to make sure it is worth my while. Also does any one know if the past sale prices are available anywhere. Thanks in advance

The Irish Field newspaper usually prints the Cavan and Goresbridge sales results. It's out every Saturday and they have some sort of an online version now.

I havent been to Cavan, but I have been to Goresbridge. Prices can vary wildly... however I would be budgeting up to £3k each.

I know of a 15 hand connemara tb cross for sale just this week in northern Ireland. only 4 and very green but great walk and a good pop. By an international grade a connemara. drop me a pm if you'd like details and i can send you the owners number
