Can anyone tell me what sort of size horse the 'size 6' ( the largest sized boots ) fit? As they originate in the states, I am wondering if they are suited only to the little tb types like quarter horses? My chap isn't at home at the moment, but I am looking at boots for him, and wondering if they might be worth buying? The feet have been measured but overall size, not just from toe to end of frog!!

You need to measure the feet after a trim, just going on the size of the horse won't work. Eg. my 17.3hh tb has the same size Cavallos as my 14.2hh cob

I've had size 5s on a 16hh CB, and size 2s on a 16.3 TB. So there can be a lot of variation.

Will third this. My 15hh cob wears a 5. The 4's went nowhere near her plate like feet.
