Do I remember you saying it's on the 7th? We just got Willie's date and it was the 7th or the 20th so we picked the 7th to get the recovery underway as soon as possible. I can't say I'm looking forward to it, but he's so sad not being able to go out walking with the beagles that it will be nice to be finally making headway to recovery.

Yep, it is indeed the 7th, she is hopping around bless her, and she is also pretty confused as to why she is getitng left behind on walks :( but bud is also out of action whilst his meds are increased so she is not on her lonesome:D
So they will be out for the count possibly at the same time :D
We will keep our fingers crossed all goes well and them both a speedy recovery :) xxx

Ahh, thanks. I thought that's what I remembered. I wonder if they will be operated on at the same time? He's first up so I think he'll be under at about 8am here and then he will spend the night and we'll pick him up the next day.

Here's to a speedy recovery for them both - they can compare scars and progress after the 7th and I'll make sure Willie knows he's not going through this by himself :). Although after his snarly face at the technician who was just wiping rubbing alcohol off him after his pre-op blood tests, he obviously thinks he's the only dog ever to :D.

Lol, he does not sound to impressed and doubt he will be appreciating it :D
Regan will be the 1st knocked out and hers will start at 9am, I will have been on shift with her the night b4 and I will be due back on shift the same night, so I will be her after care nurse :D

He's not impressed with any of it ... his vetalog shot wore off and he can't have another one because of the op so he's grouchy with everyone. Poor thing ...

Ah, Regan's a lucky girl. Willie will have the caring staff at the vets and then me. Poor thing ... :D.
