would appreciate it if you could give me some cc on his weight, he is 24yrs old TBX been out of work for about a month due to the weather normally in light to possible medium work in summer and light to very light work in winter. He is a good doer in the summer and a poor doer in winter.

He looks good to me, especially for his age - would give him a 3 score all round. Just keep a close eye on him though - looks like he could drop off later in the winter.

I like him too :) He has such a kind face and looks good for his age!

oh you can have him, he was being such a git this morning took me ages to get him to stand up to take a photo. he ripped of one shoe yesterday twisted another. he has decided he doesn't want to eat again! don't get me wrong i love my horse but he is one major walking bill. he cost me double what a normal horse would. and for some reason i have kept him for 5 years!

He looks well for this time of year and considering the weather we have just come through. I wouldn't want him to lose anything either but if you can keep him like that to the spring then you will have done really well. Once he is working again he will get a bit of muscle back, it is amazing how quickly they lose it, he looks a lovely boy!

looks pretty good to me.could just do with a bit more topline on neck but i would be happy. have only ever had one horse that dropped weight and was a nightmare.

Yes hopefully the muscle will come back when we eventually get him back into work  thanks for all the feedback glad he is the right side of ok at the moment, not to fussed if he dropped a touch as he balloons in summer (seriously he just have to look at a blade of grass in summer)
