cute face! looks like hes going to be a cheeky boy!
he looks like hes got quite straight back legs & the left fore looks turned in from pastern down & a bit upright, but might just be the picture!

Other than his legs (which might look totally different in another picture where his muddy legs dont blend into the background!) he looks a nice little chappie.
That said, he is only 10 months, things can change an awful lot between now and when he is ready to break!
He also looks quite big? Could be the picture, but my filly is the same age and she looks tiny compared to him!
Either way, I quite like him, he has a nice head and an "intelligent" look about him

My first thought is - is he defo a section A? looks quite big for age - more like section B. If he is an A I would thinking could he go over height - this could just be photo though

Welsh ponies (especially sec A) are usually quite straight in hind legs which can lead to sticky stifle/moving wide behind as they grow but this usually settles down once fully grown

front leg does look a bit strange but think it might be colouring/photo.

As you are not going to be offended

he doesn't scream quality to me - but I am NOT good at seeing through dirt and fluff so could be very wrong - just comparing to mine at that age

i'm not offended in the slightest. he only caught my eye because he's very similar facially to my old (first) pony. and i thought he's cute.

i'm also not very good at spotting confo issues in youngsters... so i thought i'd practise and see what everyone said.

Straight back legs,
front legs actually look realtively alright at the shoulder but would need to see a front on shot for assessing turned in or out etc.

He does look tall but it could be because it looks as though someone has just popped a balloon behind the camera nad he is like "PING" what was that?!

Cute......... but for a true assessment Id need to see him cleaned up etc and as I say front on, back on shots as well.

But is defo a cutie
