Any experience of inexpensive CCTV systems? Wireless would be ideal as I plan to have a caravan next to the stable. Trailer vision seems expensive... Anyone got any recommendations please? Thank you!

We always build a small shelf in a corner of the foaling box and pop up our run of the mill video camera with a wire running out of the box at roof height. Husband then connects it up to video in the house, about 400m away and it works a treat. Family take it in 4 hour shifts to sit up if we think foaling imminent. Also means you can press record remotely (don't know how that works technically mind you) and have the whole event recorded for posterity. When I sold the last of my homebred horses as a newly backed 4yo the new owner got a video of his birth along with him!

This works every time for us and it's easier to borrow a video camera if you don't have one than spend £££ of another system

Good luck
