Over a hundred people - including about 30 kids - squeezed in our tiny garden for celebrations last night. It's been a week to remember! Cheers and chuckles!!!
I'm just saying I can't help thinking it's a little funny that while your mum and dad were having this rather quiet pary I was just round the corner illegally hunting deer with my dogs having notified the police beforehand.
Of course they still won't actually do anything to stop me.
In fact I'm off out to the woods here to illegally hunt deer with dogs this evening. Is there anything you could do to stop me?
How you prefer to spend your time is up to you. You just have to accept the consequences of it though, as Mr Wright found out on Friday LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I searched for deer at LACS. I didn't flush ahny out although obviously I would have if I'd encountered any. It's what happens if you go near a deer with a dog. DOH!
Do you think I should have to shoot the deer I flush out in my own woods? If so why?
I'm gojng to flush out deer tonight. Are you going to report me?
I don't fully agree with the Hunting Act, no, but it's the law and we have to respect it. I personally am not too bothered about your antics although I'd prefer you to leave deer alone on land that doesn't belong to you. I'm more concerned about organised hunts which cynically use perceived loopholes in the law to carry on hunting. Friday's verdict was significant because it showed that the courts are prepared to close these loopholes.
Our big target this season will be stag hunting - just so you know LOL!!!
I've got to go now, old chum, and get the kids up, otherwise they'll be up all night. Ta ta!
