Hi, I keep looking at this and thinking mmmmm....... As I have got older, I worry more about falling, etc, and I guess that learning to fall would be a sensible thing to do and I love a little bit of Sports Pychology is always a good thing.
Anyone tried it and found it useful? Is it for all ages and are the people inspiring?
