We all know the most popular named saddles, but has anyone heard of the make 'Champion' Saddle?

Yes!!
Nice english saddles with good leather. They made some of the original Heather Moffatt dressage saddles, i had one that was gorgeous that i really regret selling. The pony saddles are on a tree that seems to fit almost anything. The horse saddles tend to have quite a deep seat with decent knee rolls. Most will be older saddles now unless new/old stock but worth considering if the price is right. Here is one on Ebay- a sound but v.old example but it does show the Champion saddle makers stamp that they all have on either the top or sweat flap.
