Change of bit

Luna is currently in a straight bar mullen mouth loose ring. I love neue schule's but there very expensive so I'm not sure I want to buy one until I know she's happy in a jointed bit. Would you go for a single or double jointed bit? I'm trying not to let my preference for french links with a lozenge clud what would be the best to get her used to a metal bit. Oh and whatever I get needs to be dressage legal

personally i would go french link, but that just personal preference i think

A french link is my usual first choice of bit to try with a horse.

double jointed lozenge bit probably, with small lozenge, as latest research shows that the horse's tongue isn't as broad as previously thought, and there's not a lot of room in there...
