Change of ownership in KWPN passport?

Can anyone tell me how I go about doing this? Had my mare for 4 years now and totally forgot about doing this. Do I phone up or just send it ? If the later where do I send it to, I'm guessing not Germany thanks.

I do all mine through the BEF http://www.bef.co.uk/Useful_Information/Equine_Registrations_&_Passports.html
Quicker, easier and cheaper than sending to Holland, IMO

There are guidelines on the KWPN website.

I sent mine off to them as they did not charge and was only about £6 postage.

BEF wanted to charge me!

Print the form off from the KWPN website and then send to Holland. They were really quick and efficient and did not charge me, also if it is an older horse/passport check it has had the extra pages for meds added as they'll do this at the same time if not.
