Changing food brands

I have just accidentally bought the wrong brand of chaff. Can I just give her it or will I have to introduce it slowly. If I have to do that I will probably give it to someone on the yard and get a bag of my usual brand as I don't want the hassle tbh.

If the ingredients of the new chaff and old chaff are the same then there shouldn't be a problem. But if you were replacing say, a molassed straw-based chaff with something like Alfa A Oil then I would introduce it slowly - just two or three days of mixing the new and old chaffs together.

Hmm, that makes sense. It's the horsehage applechaff changed for youngs mollichop I think so pretty much the same ingredients but will have to check. It was pure accident, I'd prefer to stick with the horsehage. Think I'll ask around at yard tonight and if anyone wants it they can have it, if not, I'll probs use it

ya both really the same wheat straw covered in mallosas and the over one will have apple pices or flavouring as well!
