Changing girth straps from short to long

Hi, does anyone have any experience with changing their girth straps on from very short to dressage length? I’ve just bought a new saddle and can’t get a girth long enough! Thank you ?

What length girth do you need? Going to dressage straps won't necessarily change that as you can't just buy a shorter long girth, you'll need a super long dressage girth

Most saddles could have the girth straps swapped but you may run into issues with some point straps.
