Changing horses name by getting new passport. How??

I really don't want to use the registered name my horse has. Also passport is not yet in my name

Who with and how is the best way to do this?

I think most passport agencies are reluctant to change the horses registered name I tried to with my mare but because they are a breed society they wouldn't do it.

He is registered in Sweden. I Has thought I could try and get a uk passport. Just not sure how to go about it
As an average RC rider I don't feel comfortable riding a horse called 'Do Az I Do It'.

Have you asked the Swedish issuer if they have a uk society that can do the change of owner on their behalf? as its no a stud name some societies do allow the horse name to be changed for a fee so worth asking that at the same time.
