Changing passport owner for KWPN?

I've been given a Dutch WB and I cant figure out how to change ownership in his passport. I've written my details in, but do I not need to send it to the agency or something to stamp it? It doesnt seem to say in the passport! Thanks! No previous owners have put their details in at all so is it even worth doing?

I just googled get passport updated for new owner for kwpn. There is a link at the bottom of the page.

Bit shocked - "Costs Transfer of registered party (non-KWPN-members) - 45,50" So according to that, it'll cost me £37 to register?!?! I think I'll just leave it... the horse will just continue to have no owner I think!
