Changing saddle company saddle width

Can Saddle Company saddles be changed from xxxl to narrow if need be?

I remember hearing at some point that fitters only like changing the width by one size each way, but not sure if I am imagining this?

They can be altered to whatever fits your horse! If you have concerns about this, why not ring the Saddle Company and ask them?
