Anyone got any tips? When I try and undo the outer screws, they won't undo - just the whole screw & nut (on the other side) turns.
Anyone else had this? Should I take it to a saddler?

If the whole thing turns i suggest u do go and see a saddler as it shouldn't do, it should just unscrew! we have a lot of wintecs and they just unscrew!

Can't you put an allen key in the bit underneath to hold it still? That's how I undo mine...

I tried that but I seem to have every allen key except the correct sized one!
Think I will have to take it in.
