Just caught the end of them talking about the Amerhsam case. They were having a rant about how disgusting it was that the judge had ordered the ponies and donkeys to be returned because they were "pets". More publicity can only be good.

I saw it too and agree that any publicity is a good thing - what a crazy country we live in that these decisions are made by the judiciary, something needs to be done in the name of common sense.

We could try emailing them to get some high profile support. I'm sure Francome would stand up and be counted.

Thats good,the more publicity the better,long as the animals can stay where they are until after the trial,i will aslo email Channel 4

I've just had a nice e-mail back from Tanya Stevenson saying they are going to try and put the link on the channel 4 racing website.
