Chapped Winter Hands

I'd vote for Nick Lowe Double Duty hand cream. It's fantastic stuff, goes on kind of chalky but sinks straight in with zero greasiness. Not the cheapest but a tube lasts a long time and Boots have always got that stuff on special offer.
 
I use a combination of Neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream, and Atrixo with Camomile hand cream, which mostly keeps my hands fine.

One thing I would say, I find some liquid hand soaps can crack my hands really badly, there are a few that, if I use twice, I can guarantee my hands will crack and bleed, so maybe try changing your handwash? x
