chaps help please

hi, im probably being totally thick here, they are a nightmare to get hold of on the phone. anyway i have someone who wants me to show their coloured. looking at membership form can i go down on the form or do i have to be a seperate member. am i right in saying we have to apply for showing membership, chaps card, hoys card so therefore cost is 60.00?? does anyone know please. also if we send passport off do you still have to fill out the vet id report. thank you

You dont have to fill out the vet id if your horse already has a passport, you just send it in for overstamping. As far as membership goes i think the owner of the horse and the person who is going to show the horse both have to be showing members. If you are entering chaps quailifers, you will need a quailifications card, and you only need to get the hoys card if you are doing hoys quailifing classes. It does cost a fortune!!!
