Have just asked an all-types-of-airborne adrenaline junkie friend about this, and he says (after all the tech blurb I ignored) "it kills a LOT of people".

So a bit like riding then

I ride horses for the thrill... yeah and I kinda fell in love with the smelly things but... if you could fly and not muck out, I reckon I'm won over.
