Chaps to fit chunky boots!

Anyone wear half chaps with Moretta Emilia boots?

Having trouble getting the chaps to fit around the boot. I would wear a bigger size chap but I already have skinny legs lol I have a single ancient & dilapidated Loveson chap from years ago that fits... (Can't find the other one ) But no such luck with anything else.

Any recommendations please?

I cant recommend any specifically but I've found that ones that zip down from the top are much easier to get over boots. I've just bought some just chaps side zip ones, they're lovely and look like they'd accommodate a decent ankle.

I have Shires Moretta half chaps for my chunky short boots. They are quite stretchy.

Most Just Chaps half chaps (bar one design, apparently) are designed to fit over chunky boots. I asked this specifically at their stall at Badminton 2023, the ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful, and I bought a pair of Just Chaps Saltos half chaps.

I do not have skinny legs, lol, but as advised these fit great over my chunky Ariat Tellurides. None of my existing half chaps (Ariat and Tredstep) fitted over them.
