Hey Guys,

I currently volunteer at Stepney Bank Stables (as seen on BBC1 show 'the stables'), as a charitable organization all the profits from their tack shop go towards providing disadvantaged children discounted lessons and community projects.

We are therefore trying to increase the profitability of the tack shop. We would be really greatful if you could take the time to fill out this quick survey or just provide any suggestions on how to boost customer accusition?

Thankyou guys that is such a big help!!! We currently get alot of custom from current riders at the stables but not a lot from those outside the riding school! xx

Slight critism, while I applaud what Stepney Bank does, it is badly needed in the Newcastle area, the lessons are not discounted, unless there are different ways of booking lessons, ie; I am a disadvantaged child, the cost is no different from regular riding schools in the area and shouldn't pretend to do so
