So I'm looking for a new riding hat for lessons and was about to plunk down £110 on a Charles Owen gr8 then I heard about the jr8. My only requirements are for something that:
- fits my oval head;
- doesn't make me look like a mushroom; and
- preferably doesn't look like cheap plastic.
I tried on a gr8 a while ago and it was a pretty good fit but it was quite dear for a general use beginner hat. I've heard that the jr8 is made on the same mould as the ayr8 (an even better fit for me) but I just can't find them anywhere other than US sites. Does anyone know where I could find one on a UK site?
