Charles Owen Pro II Hats...

Just wondering if anyone had had any experience with the said helmet? Like whether it comes up small... Big... Etc! As I'm hoping to buy one and from what I've read so far it sounds great! :-D

I've got the gold one! With the heat reflective paint, which actually works really well, as do the vents, keeps my head cooler than I thought it would but doesn't get rid of that horrible sweaty hair! However it's so comfy it can be forgiven! And the harness at the back it great! Best hat I've ever owned! Would recommend to everyone!

Thanks for replying! Do you know whether or not they come up big/small? I've grown out of my size 2 (56/57cm) and was thinking about getting a size 2 1/2 (58cm) however unsure if a size 3 (59cm) would be better if they come up small?

I think they come up a little large....I'm usually a 1.5 but managed to get my peanut head in a 1.....bit cheaper...bonus

I have the silver one It's definately cooler to wear than the J3 I had last time, I'm very pleased so far.

I'm going to go against the grain and say it comes up a little snug initially, but it has given in and moulded very quickly.

Hasn't got too whiffy yet either!

It's very spangly I love it!

I bought the same size as my last one, then thought oh crap this is tight! However it did stay on with my head upside down and the strap undone (last one was fitted properly)

In relatively few hours use it has given enough to be comfortable but secure.

Have you measured your head? Or did you have a Charles Owen before?

I've had my head measured and have been told to get a 2 1/2 however they said depending on the brand I may need a 3, my current one (not a Charles Owen) is a 2 and I have outgrown it and I wear it for too long I get bad headaches
