Charlie Update - 3 weeks on *pics*

It's been 3 weeks since I have posted about Charlie so though I would give you an update. Here is the original post for those that missed it http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=350903


He still hasn't been scoped (it is on the cards though) but a change of diet seems to have done him the world of good and he is now putting weight back on and looking happier in himself.

This was him 3 weeks ago

After a week he started to look much better....

I then fiddles around a bit more with his diet and added some new stuff so he lost a bit of weight due to being extremely fussy and refusing to eat, he gradually got used to it though and is now eating very well and has started putting weight on again.

Still a Loooonnnggg way to go but I think we are slowly getting there.....need to build some muscle up now

He looks amazing in the sunny pics... but then as you say he's lost weight from being fussy... glad he's putting it back on... and tbh he doesn't look too bad at all Bit of spring grass will probably do him good

KC - It's amazing how a bit of sun can really change the overall picture, I can't believe how much he improved in that first week!

He is definately looking better - the spring grass will do the trick I'm sure. At least you have now found a feed combination he is happy to eat which is half the battle. Now it is just waiting for it to really start working for him.
