Why sad? It has topped off an amazing year/ 18 months for them and it will be SO exciting to see what happens next :D I love that music and routine, really suits the horse, so I really look forward to their next routine. Onwards and upwards, if that's even possible for them!
 
Just .. Wow! Will never get tired of watching that horse perform :) lovely to see him enjoying the applause at the end!
 
They are in a class of their own! Shame he is a gelding!!!

How about alf? I do love him too..... However I think we all knew it was coming as he is 18! What a fantastic career that horse has had!

I was thinking the same thing!

Aww Alf I was welling up.. I tend to always well up when dressage is concerned it just gets to me.
 
It was fantasic , and Undercover is settling he has loads more to improve yet its an exciting time to follow top level dressage.

Quick question for those more in the know than I - in the passage (i think), Valegro holds on for knee up longer than the other each time. Is that how it's supposed to be? To me, the steps didn't look even.
