Charnwood Linseed Meal, those of you who feed it...

There was a thread on here a while ago, about the fact that there was no discount on delivery for more than one sack. As Charnwood are my suppliers, and I was in there today getting my feed, I went and asked on everybody's behalf.
I saw one of the directors, Kevin, and he said that the charge is set by the courier, and that CW don't get anything from that. He also said, that if 10 sacks were ordered, it would go on a pallet and reduce the price somewhat. The more you order (remember they are wholesalers, not retailers), the more that you get off. CW are happy to answer questions about this, so he gave me their email address which is orders@charnwood-milling.co.uk. Hope that makes everything clear!!

Yes, and re the couriers, we mustn't forget it is a sack weighing 20 Kgs.

Ive just found a place locally that order from them but only order as and when needed but only charge me 21 quid. It still works out cheap despite the postage costs doesnt it. My 'poor doer' is now officially on half rations because shes put on so much weight with it! Brilliant stuff. I recommend it to anyonew who ask about weight gain.
