Chatham Horseboxes Cheshire

I had one I bought second hand that was built by them. I was very pleased with it quality was good although it was a few years ago so could have changed.

The things I would have changed would be the saddle rack which was the pole type and not sturdy enough for my friends heavy western saddle (it weighed a ton!) and it snapped off going over a speed bump. I think that was partly due to the saddle though.

I would also have made the grooms door a horse emergency one
 
Thanks I was looking at a second hand 3.5t built by them for sale. It’s so hard to work out how well they’ve been built from photos.
 
He's a small company that is based in the village I keep my horse. He's been doing maintenance and conversions for the 9 years I have been in the village but I presume he's been doing it a lot longer than that. I certainly see a few of his around in our area but I can't say I've specifically asked people for their opinions on them. He did a van conversion for someone I know the other year and he certainly seemed happy with it.
