My youngster (the riggy one who is not a rig) is turned out and fed in the field. He manages to kick his feed over the floor, even if it is in a non spill bowl lol :D

I want to put him on a calmer but I don’t want to pay over the odds. Someone has told me to put him on brewer’s yeast and magnesium?

Are these any good?

Also, is pure MSN a good joint supplement? I usually get nervous when I move away from equine America, but I want to start with the cheap and cheerful stuff and not have him on £100 worth of additives a month like my last horse. I have been really good and plan to stay that way!

What other cheap and cheerful supplements are there?

My horse is on Mag- Ox which I buy in bulk very cheaply off my barefoot lady and is about to start on Brewer’s Yeast.

Both for his feet you understand ;-)

Someone was raving about Horse First Relax Me and the two main ingredients are Mag-Ox and Brewer’s Yeast so thought I’d try them, they are both meant to be very beneficial to hoof growth (hence why I get Mag Ox from EP).

Yep Dizzle that is exactly what i thought, so figured I could just get mag-ox and brewers yeast and feed them together and save £££!!!
