Just beware of the hurdles to comply with the agricultural tie on that one, horses dont count as agric....

Plus 3/4 of an acre is nothing when you include garden, drive, stable yard etc in that - there would be no turnout... It would be a start though..
Move to Wales lol (know that's not possible)
Couple of auction properties with 30+ acres of land with house and outbuildings have been going £150k or less.
Auctions are your best bet
