Does anyone know where i can buy cheap gastroguard from??? the best i can find at the min is £160 for 7 tubes!! that is from Beestons in tarporley with free delivery, can anyone beat that price has i need another 14 tubes :eek:xxx

Or you can get human enteric coated omeprazole from eBay legally - the Abler horse stuff is illegal to import.
 
I you use the human omeprazole what dose and what strength would you use on a horse. Thanks , just interested as have a tb who has recurring ulcers and insurance now ran out.
 
Thankyou all so much!!! omeprazone i was told isnt stong enough to absorb to help ulcers was highly advised it had be gastoguard!!! i have done lots lots research and i too have no insurance but what i have found is a product called ULCER SHIELD from the USA and my vets are going to do a clinical trial on this product its cheap as well with the pound been stronger than the dollar and free delivery look into it the owner of the company i e mailed and she is so convinced that this product is so good they sending me half gallon free!!!!! well worth a try hun !!!
