Using stuff from work but stuff gets taken or is bottom barrel quality so I want to get some supplies myself and bring it home with me everyday. Sadly where I am our tack shops are a bit more expensive than the average and not entirely sure where people get their stuff online. Thank you

Hi Toppedoff, how are you? :D

I'd buy 2nd hand. More quality compared to the price & if you didn't spend a lot you wont need to spend as much energy being cross if it does go missing & you wont mind plastering your name all over it in bright paint!

E-Bay, or charity sales. My nearest rescue has tack & equipment sales regularly.

I buy all my grooming gear second hand, tack sales are the way to go. I’ve got some lovely Haas brushes for £1 each before.

And then it doesn’t matter if it gets nicked or broken.

I’d also suggest looking for the brightest, jazziest patterns possible.

I get all the jazzy weird patterns from GS or discount equestrian online. I also have weirdly small hands so get kids stuff... Might take a while to brush a grown up sized horse though (don't have one of those either)

Oakfield are doing 20% off grooming stuff so would go there. Mane and tail spray as will double for quarter marks. Plaiting bands stuff for turnout and a couple of brushes and hoof oil. All you need really.
