Cheap horse bedding - Northamptonshire

Hey !

Doing a bit of research for a friend and am trying to find some horse bedding as cheap as possible in the Northamptonshire area . .

Am looking at shavings, wood pellet and straw currently,

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

Ive started on wood pellets and I love them!! and i have saved loads of money with them.

They are about £3.20 for a 10kg bag in a shop in Northampton, PM me if you want more details

Wood pellets are very economical and easy to muck out. If buying in bulk try Liverpool woodpellets - they deliver and if you say its for fuel you only pay 5% VAT instead of 20%
 
Eco ComfyBed (look ontheir website) deliver up your way for £6.15 for 25 kg bales. No other costs and very quick to despatch. I love it, completely dust free and so easy to use. I use 1 bale about every 7-10 days and my horse is in all nioght and a lot of the day.
 
Hi we have just changed from wood pellets (which i loved) to straw pellets.
These are much more economical, we hav'nt put any extra bedding in for nearly 3 weeks. Never thought anything would beat the wood pellets.
