Hi, I was just wondering if anybody has done this? I am wondering if you can feed turnips, perhaps drill into one and hang from the door to make like a likit? Or anything else really ll in the spirit of cutting costs! :)

Try a heavy duty cardboard box (disclaimer - check for staples in them first)

Empty feedsack stuffed tightly with hay and 'goodies'

Apples in water bucket

Branch or log for chewing

As you say, turnip on a rope (hung away from walls so he can't hold it there and munch), same with apples and carrots etc.
An nice apple log tp chew or maybe some tasty branches.
My friend made a cheap toy using a football with a hole cut in it for pony nuts. Marquis rolled it around for ages eating the nuts that fell out.
