Cheaper alternatives

Hey guys wondered if anyone knows a cheaper alternative to auboise currently have my boy on a mix of this and wood pellets but the price has gone up to £13 a bale 😱 anyone know of anything cheaper but just as good he's got copd but is well managed so nothing dusty

Miscanthus. I've tried Aubiose, and actually prefer miscanthus. Roughly £7 a bale

i have just started using nedz- it is like a fine chopped rape straw with aloe vera. it is antibacterial, anti fungal anti everything really and helps repel insects. it is dust free and the bales are big and at £8.50 good value for money. it smells nice and is comfey for horses to lie on. I would not go back to using shavings now!
