Mums horse aged 33 is on 1 Chanazone (bute) a day, we have just realised she is paying £1.18 per sachet as as a pensioner she's looking to get that down.
She's obtained a 100 dose prescription, can anyone advise the cheapest online price inc VAT and postage?

I've found VetUK at £68.12 inc postage and VAT (I think) for 100 sachets = 68p a sachet plus the £18 prescription gives 86.1p per sachet, can anyone find better, please?

Also obviously we need reliable delivery/company as at 33 her horse needs his medication & she will be ordering his Prascend through this method too from now on.

Will your vet not operate a price matching service, my previous vet did? They used to sell their £1.15 per sachet of bute for 64p per sachet to me plus £18 prescription charge to last 6 months. I used to use Evet and that was the price they charged then. Don't have the horse anymore so not sure what they charge now.

£65.99 from evetdrug with free postage
I get Equipalazone and Cartrophen from there, and have found them very quick and reliable. Can't comment on delivery speed as their vets drop it in as they pass, as the practice is 5 mins from my yard.

Mine won't eat Chanazone. Luckily Equipalazone is only a quid more from evet, and he deems that acceptable!
