apart from ebay, i will get a stable one as well but want to have a winter one for him just incase i need it. i usually have my all 24/7 out with open stables and field shelters as they get a thick winter coats and love being out. but for one of them i might need a rug. where to get a cheap winter turnout with full neck. i am getting load of things at min so thats why i need as cheap as i can get but of course a decent one.

Generally Equestrian Clearance Warehouse have the best prices on rugs. The postage is quite steep, so if you're buying other things at the same time it works out more economical as it's a flat rate.
 
robinsons have a good sale on at the moment - some bargains of rugs to grab

EDIT - wow my sentence structure leaves a lot to be desired!

I got a Loveson Allpro last year for about £45 at my local saddlers (who aren't usually any cheaper than anywhere else so must be near the rrp) its a full neck heavy weight turnout, that was great last winter on mine. Might be worth seeing if anyone is stocking them this year. :)
 
I normally go to Equestrian Clearance and hardly anywhere else but got some Amigos on sale from Hope Valley Saddlery the other week and was chuffed to bits at the prices.
