Have searched on here but only general stuff for Checkendon came up and i wanted to know what its at Checkendon for SJ?
busy? nice jumps? up to height courses? etc...

Not usually that busy, parking on hard standing is tight but they will use field too if dry enough. The courses aren't fully up to height but at the same time not weeny. They use fillers but not too spooky. Mainthing is the indoor school is really not that big, makes a course really quite tight - more suited to pony types really

and the warm-up isn't for the faint-hearted if you are on something that isn't good with lots of ponies buzzing about in a small space. Having said that I think it is a very educational for a young horse and they are ultra helpful if you need to add a CR if things aren't going that well

Agree with the above. Indoor schools are not ideal due to size. But if you like a challenge go for it. It is not like it is horrible by any means. However the summer season is much better. New warm up nice size next door to competition arena. And the competition arena is lovely and large with plenty of parking.
