Do you remember the pet sitter who rang when she lost the old dog?
First wanted mum to meet her in a place around half an hour away to give back keys (um..no).
So mum posted cheque. met her this week to get keys.
She had given her an extra day (25/day-upper end of price range specified (20-25) as not confirmed)
Girl had said she would try and lower it from 25/day.
Came to visit (so knew where we were). was asked about the distance-no trouble.
So two weeks affter visiting and having recieved the cheque-didn't realise it was so far, needs an extra 40 quid. thats about 15 quid a day...
Now, perhaps if it had been mentioned earlier, say when price arranged, it might not be quite such a silly thing, but even then.
Am outraged mum gave her the money to make her go away.
Blooming cheek when she knew the distance and what not.
Oh an apparently if doing it again she would get her 'friend' to do it, but we would get to meeet her and all (how kind!) . So not even remotely ever using her again!
