Yes, mostly when apparently I look at him the wrong way and he acts like im going to kill him! Its very sad and incredibly frustrating working with such a sensitive little soul! But I love him so much
One of mine has a habit of just being in the way whatever your doing with him, his a terrible escape artist just won't stay put, he has been known to nip me on occasion and I think he sees it as a game, yesterday was leading him to the menage and he spooked and I ended up in a Hawthorne bush covered in bloody scratches, I do love him though and he can be quite sweet and loving in his own way bless him.
I used to think this frequently, generally when I was stood in the field crying with a mixture of frustration and anger at his absolute idiocy or when I got yet another phone call at work to tell me he had jumped out and was roaming round the lanes or neighbouring farm again. He's 13hh and can clear full height post and rail fencing quite easily! Luckily those times are mostly gone and he's mellowed into a mostly cooperative cheeky pony now. It's only taken 18 years for us to reach this point ?
