Cherry eye? GSD?

Can't seem to upload pictures ARGH! I have just noticed the under eye right side is swollen up looks like cherry eye?

Trip to vets for us! - any advice or whar to do? He doesn't seem annoyed by it.

Looks more like inflammed conjuntiva, but defo a vet visit.

On seeing the photo, I agree it does not look like typical cherry eye.

Oh that's good then, not good but you gather what I mean - we have ointment for conjunctivitis will pop some of that on just now and arrange the vets.
Its how quickly it came on- literally the last 2 hours!

There doesn’t appear to be any discharge - could be a foreign body instead. The eye isn’t closing though. Don’t know. Best a vet visit😀
