As the title. Gibsons & Chelford both say they don't/can't stock it. Would be grateful for any recommendations.

Have you tried H J Lee Oakes, they have mills at both Congleton and Warmigham (Crewe). I know they stock D &H also John Cook at Rushton has D & H. Not certain about pellets as have not looked for them myself.
You could try D & H web site, most suppliers list where you can purchase their products on their web sites.

Thank you both, will call them all today. Youngs supply both of my local feed stores, so if they've got it, mine can get it. Will investigate
