I'm after my daughter joining one of the Cheshire Pony Clubs, but I have no idea which one.

She will be 9 in Feb, so one that does a lot for that age group and one that is about friendship and fun.

Could you travel to the Wynnstay country?

If so The William Watkin Wynns Pony Club is really good, I was a member for a couple of years when i was about 10 and really had the time of my life, we lived in Cheshire and just travelled over.

I'll second Jinglegirl but it all depends whereabouts in Cheshire you are; will not be any good if you're over Macclesfield way!

I don't think it really matters where you are as they seem to use the same places for rallies and they are all good traveling distance.

If your in to PPC games the WWW are the best of the 3

Cheshire North seem to run lots of things and have a good website.

Cheshire South had some good placings at the Novice Champs thats a good sign that there doing good training.

You can go to each branch for a Rally to see which you like the best just ring up and speak to the DC's or Chief Instructor and asked if you can come as a guest to a rally, How the DC and Chief Instructor sounds will give you a good idea of how the branch will be

I'm not sure about what they actually do, but I've known a few people in East Cheshire and they've all been very nice
