For those of you who have a Cheval Liberte Touring Country.

What do you tie the horse to and where do you tie the haynets?!

never occurred to me when I viewed them but there’s no tie rings - I can’t use the handle things that the breech bars catch onto as horse will get his head under (he’s 17hh but also stupid).

I have had a bar made for mine which is fastened across the nose of the trailer at the same height as the breast rail. I tie both horse and haynets to this.

No, There are no tie rings fitted as standard, which is bonkers. The main dealer will put them in for you - we asked him just that when we viewed Cheval Liberte trailers at Corwen and asked him where were we supposed to tie the horse up to.

This reminds me of the saddle company that wanted £2.5k for a saddle, but D rings were extra ...

I didn't buy a CL trailer when I realised that you couldn't access the tack store without dropping the front ramp.

Beginning to wish I’d bought a wagon and done my tests instead! Trailers are a pain in the behind for me I’m finding ?
