childrens pony, cornwall

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone from Redruth/Truro area has or knows of a safe childrens pony that would be available for my daughter to ride a couple of times a week?
My little girl is nearly 5 and loves horses but my mare is too spooky and large for her to ride so was hoping to find a pony I could lead her out on.

Try calling your local PC DC. After a long and fairly fruitless search I discovered that once a good pony is in a particular branch there is then quite a drive to keep them in that branch - either by selling or loaning to others within the branch. The good ones simply never go on the market. We got out brilliant first pony that way - although we had to promise to join that branch of the PC to do it!
